1. Breeder guarantees that the above-described dog/puppy is a purebred Boston Terrier with AKC or other  registration papers.

2. Breeder guarantees this dog/puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. (puppy will have had 12 point Vet check up before going home) 

3. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, color or trainability.

4. Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said dog/puppy leaves breeder’s possession. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are Non-Refundable.

5. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the above-described dog/puppy upon possession.

6. Buyer shall have this dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase to validate this health guarantee, to ensure that the dog/puppy is in good health, and to follow up on all necessary immunizations.

7. Buyer may exchange dog/puppy for another dog/puppy of equal value if the above dog/puppy is proven to be unhealthy or having Congenital or Genetic defects, in writing by a licensed Veterinarian. If there is any major problem with the puppy, buyer must contact the seller BEFORE treatment, for seller  to determine if seller needs to take puppy back.  A signed statement by the examining veterinarian must accompany the return of the dog/puppy. If there are no puppies available for exchange, a puppy of equal value will be provided in the next available litter. Boston Baby Buddies does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona Virus or any type of intestinal viruses, any air born Viruses like Kennel Cough, or any internal or external parasites, including but not limited to Coccidiosis, and Giardia, once puppy leaves breeder’s possession.

8. Seller does not cover things common or inherent in Bull Dog Breeds, such as but not limited to Cherry Eye, Elongated Soft Pallet, Stenotic Snares, Patellar Luxation, or Hemi vertebrae. We will inform Buyer of any of these problems in both parents if known.     

       9. All deposits are to ensure that you receive the puppy of your choice and are Non-Refundable. 

10.   Breeder does not guarantee against Alopecia (Skin Problems) in all colored dogs. Breeder trys to not do dilute to dilute breedings to minimize this. 

11. If you purchase a puppy with Limited Registration (Pet Only), the papers will be held until proof of Spay or Neuter has been provided to the breeder.

 12. If the Litter Registration has not been received from AKC or other registry by Boston Baby Buddies at the time of the purchase of said puppy, the puppy’s application will be sent to buyer, as soon as BBB receives it.  If a puppy is sold Limited Registration, Papers will be held until Buyer sends copy of Spay/Nueter Certificate. 

13. The buyer has been told all of the precautions that they should take, which include but are not limited to, not taking the puppy to the dog park, beach, pet store, grooming facility or Vet and letting the puppy have contact with other dogs or let the feet touch the ground or any where another dog may have had contact, and that the puppy is vulnerable to diseases such as but not limited to; Parvo, Distemper, Kennel Cough and Corona until fully vaccinated.  

14.  Seller does not vaccinate for Lepto with her puppies per chance of reaction. Buyer should talk to her Vet about  reactions of Bully Breeds, with using vaccs containing Lepto.  Also Seller recommends Buyer to have puppy’s stool checked for parasites, as it is difficult to keep puppies in a litter parasite free, even though Seller has a parasite program she follows with her puppies. Seller also promises these puppies have been on a Premium Food, and all shots and worming on this contract have been done. 

15. Buyer promises that this puppy shall never be kept on a chain, let run free with no fences, turned into a pound or animal shelter, shall always have fresh food every day, fresh water  everyday, will be sheltered from all climates, shall never be used for animal testing, shall never be  abused in any way, and shall always be loved and cared for. The Buyer guarantees that they are not buying this puppy for resale and will not sell, give or trade this puppy to a Pet Store, Puppy Mill, Broker, Laboratory, Scientific Use, Dog Wholesaler, Animal Testing etc. If buyer can not in the future, keep the puppy, Buyer will contact BBB first, to see if they can help with placement or take the puppy back.

 
16. Seller can not cover stress related, environmental, chemical and emotional trigger factors for demodectic mange, thyroid, allergies, coccidia, giardia, and any autoimmune that can occur.
